What to expect
- Order confirmed.You'll receive a confirmation email within seconds of payment.
- In the studio. We upscale your image to 300 DPI, then our print partner stretches the canvas on a 38mm gallery-wrap frame.
- Dispatched.You'll receive a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as it leaves the facility.
- Delivered. Packaged with care so it arrives ready for the wall.
Delivery questions
- Do you ship outside the UK and US?
Right now we serve the UK and the US. If you're elsewhere and would like to order, email us at info@thelittleherocompany.com — we can usually arrange it.
- What if my canvas arrives damaged?
We'll replace it at no cost to you. Send a photo of the damage to info@thelittleherocompany.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint and dispatch the same day.
- Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If the order hasn't gone to print yet, yes — reply to your confirmation email as soon as you can and we'll update it. Once it's dispatched we can't intercept it.
- Can I expedite the shipping?
Yes — if you need it by a specific date, email us before ordering and we can arrange Express delivery for an additional fee.
- Do you ship to PO boxes?
For most canvas sizes, yes. Larger sizes (18×24 and above) typically need a street address.
